All players who preorder any digital edition of Modern Warfare III will receive the Captain Price Skirmisher  Skin for free in Call of Duty: Mobile.

When Modern Warfare 3 goes live on November 10, 2024, launch the game and proceed to log in with the same Activision account. Make sure you do this before November 15. Finally, check your COD Mobile in-game mailbox to claim the Skirmisher Captain Price skin. It will start rolling out from November 30, 2024.
