Since GamePigeon is basically an extension of iMessage, it isn't natively compatible with Android. It is technically possible to use GamePigeon on Android (there are guides available), but it's a hassle for the average person.
I managed to get GTA V running on my Base M1 Air. I ran the game through Heroic and the Game Porting Toolkit. Without any twerks, I was capable of getting around 40 FPS with some stuttering. I prefer to play the game with a 30 FPS cap to prevent stutters.
